Documents: All the information is filled in accordance with the requirements of the passenger. The passenger must check the information in a timely manner after receiving the relevant documents to ensure that they are accurate. If there are errors in the documents, please contact the company within 24 hours of receiving the documents to make corrections.

Reconfirmations: Domestic flights: We recommend that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure and at each point of stopover. This will give the airline the opportunity to keep you advised of any changes which may have occurred in your flight. International flights: You must reconfirm continuation or return reservations at least 72 hours prior to flight time at each point or stopover, or your reservations may be automatically cancelled.

Check-in: we suggest the following check-in times:2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights, 3 hours prior to departure for international. Note: check-in later than these times could result in being denied boarding or luggage misconnection.

Overbooking: Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight might be entitled to a compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding compensatory are available at the ticket counters. Compensatory payment is made by the airline of your choice. You will need to contact the airline directly.

Changes or cancellations: to change or cancel your flight itinerary, you must call this travel agency. If canceling, return the unused tickets to us for credit or refund. Most special excursion and discount tickets have various travel restrictions and may have a penalty for change or cancellation. Be sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plans en route, ask the airline to apply the value of your unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. If you are holding guaranteed hotel reservations, which you may wish to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible. Deposits are prepayments are subject to the hotels cancellation policy.

Insurance: Airline and other travel supplier's insurance for baggage have limited liability. Your personal insurances may not adequately cover losses incurred by cancellations, accident, illness or stolen or damaged property. We strongly urge you to purchase additional insurance available from us or other licensed agents. If you have not purchased insurance for this itinerary, and have not done so within 24 hours of receiving this notice, you signify that you are waiving insurance protection and will not hold this agency and/or its agents responsible for your losses.

Lost tickets: Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is obtained from issuing airline, subject to an airline-imposed service charge.

Service charges: A service charge of $50 will be charged on any returned checks plus cost as allowed by law. Discounted tickets requiring refund or changes usually incur a minimum $100 fee, but fees may be much higher depending on the rules and fees particular to the airline involved. All discounted tickets are non-endorsable and non-refundable except through us, as the issuing agent. There will be a $50.00 change fee assessed by this office for any tickets that you request a change and/or cancellation on after you have been in possession of the tickets or itinerary greater than 48 hours.

Notes on the risk of airline bankruptcies
Airline bankruptcy is a rare occurrence, but the possibility exists. You should know how this might affect you. 1. If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. 2. Travel agents are not allowed to refund tickets on an airline which has declared bankruptcy. Money given to a travel agency immediately becomes the property of the airlines and was as required by law to comply with the airline’s orders. 3. If any airline declares bankruptcy, it might continue service, limited service or stop completely. Other airlines might accept passengers under limited circumstances or may refuse to accept any passengers to protect themselves in the case of airline bankruptcies.
